Our stay at the Canalside Village House exceeded our expectations. The value for the price was exceptional and the room was beautifully furnished and decorated. The location right on the canal provided a peaceful and tranquil setting. The staff, particularly Jaki, were extremely helpful and responsive to all our needs.
The hotel breakfast menu could have had more variety.

I had the most relaxing stay at a charming house in Northampton England. The view from the back garden was absolutely breathtaking, with barges gliding past on the canal. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. I especially enjoyed having breakfast in the conservatory overlooking the canal. The village shop nearby was very convenient, and we even found a fantastic Thai takeaway restaurant just across the canal. Despite the slight inconvenience of limited parking for our three cars, it didn't pose a major problem. I highly recommend Canalside Village House for anyone seeking a tranquil and enjoyable getaway.

We particularly enjoyed having breakfast in the conservatory, overlooking the beautiful view of the canal. It was the perfect way to start our day together. the village had a well-stocked store and an amazing Thai takeaway/open air restaurant just across the canal, offering convenience and delicious food.
That the back garden could have used a bit of weeding. Other than that, there was nothing that we disliked during our stay.

That the back garden could use some weeding. However, this didn't detract too much from the overall experience.

This place had a garden.and some WiFi. Oh, and I had the whole apartment to myself! Woohoo! Super exciting.not.
I mean, besides the fact that I had to endure the torture of having a garden and free WiFi, I really can't think of anything else to complain about. It was just perfect.
